Victoria Hayes

Born just north of Austin, Texas, Victoria grew up immersed in the performing arts — training at Ballet Austin, Austin Danceworks, Atomic Dance Factory, and Mrs. Jane School of Dance while also exploring ice skating, gymnastics, and competitive cheer. By high school she was teaching classes of her own while performing with the Leander High School Blue Belles.

After moving to Virginia, she continued dancing with the Eastern Virginia School for Performing Arts and later trained in New York City at the iconic Broadway Dance Center, where she even appeared on Good Morning America!

Victoria loves coaching and sharing her passion with the next generation. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing kids light up when they nail a new skill. Outside the gym, she enjoys hanging with her family, watching the Cowboys, and grilling on sunny weekends. We’re lucky to have her experience, enthusiasm, and creativity shaping our athletes here at VEGA!
