Sabine has loved fitness and sports for as long as she can remember. She started gymnastics at age three, competed through high school, and has been coaching since 2013. Over the years, she’s worked with gymnasts of all ages and levels—from preschoolers just starting out to athletes training at Xcel Bronze & Silver and Levels 8 & 9.
Coaching is where Sabine’s heart is. She loves watching kids grow in confidence, learn discipline, and take the lessons from the gym into their everyday lives. She joined VEGA in 2025 and is excited to share her knowledge and energy with the athletes in New Kent.
When she’s not coaching, Sabine enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family—especially on the beach.
Her passion for helping kids succeed and her years of coaching experience make her a wonderful addition to the VEGA family.
