A former level 10 gymnast for 3 years at the Regional and National level, Coach Michelle is full of power, grace and fire. She is our Head Coach of Competitive Teams at VEGA and has been family since the very first day. Michelle’s favorite part of coaching is working with the children and impacting their lives in a positive way through the sport of Gymnastics. She is indeed the “Queen of Clean”, investing hours of research into keeping VEGA’s gym as sanitized as possible for our athletes. When she’s not in the gym, Michelle loves camping, hiking, Mexican food and heavy-metal. She’s an outdoor girl who enjoys making things grow and resets on annual family vacations in the Outer Banks with close friends. Their family has grown by one more as Jason, Lynden and Michelle welcomed their fur-baby Sophie!
