This young entrepreneur and VEGA’s Chief Everything Officer is intelligent, strategic, generous and cool with a growth mindset and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from VCU. Carissa’s flexible leadership style allows for the very best of everyone on her team to shine and she’s a beautifully balanced blend of Southern Cali shine mixed with bulldog tenacity. Carissa grew up with 2 sisters in a family of business owners and is now raising 3 babes of her own while coming into the 11th birthday of VEGA (formerly New Kent Gymnastics Center). She also celebrates over 20 years of coaching all the kiddos, leading and inspiring many other strong and successful youth along the journey… Carissa enjoys a good read with Simon Sinek and has become obsessed with podcasts, preferably on a beach somewhere.
