Makayla’s been part of the VEGA team since 2021, bringing her love for gymnastics and working with kids to every class she leads! As a former competitive gymnast, Makayla knows the thrill of nailing a new skill—and loves watching the kids gain confidence and celebrate their progress.
Known for her fun, hardworking, and organized personality, Makayla is dedicated to helping young athletes grow both in and out of the gym. Outside the gym, she enjoys spending time with friends, going to school, and occasionally treating herself to a Starbucks drink or at a nail salon!
Makayla will be heading to VCU in the fall of 2025 to study Diagnostic Medical Sonography. We’re lucky to have Makayla on our team, helping kids grow stronger—inside and out!
